This exploit is a variant of family Exploit/JS.Agent. It is hosted by malicious site. It is usually delivered to the target as component of "drive-by-downloads" attack. When unsuspecting user visits certain infected web page, other malware will be downloaded and leading to further system compromisation.

This exploit leverages certain vulnerabilities of system or 3rd party component, to execute arbitrary remote code, and downloads other malware. It further compromise the affected system, most of them are seeking for profitable information, online game accounts, banking accounts, to name a few.
