Bandwidth objects under the same interface are free to share idle bandwidth after guarantee bandwidth is satisfied. Idle bandwidth is shared in the order of priority level of each object with portion corresponding to the guarantee volume. This process keeps going till all idle bandwidth is used or all bandwidth objects' demands are met.
