Song Li
Chief Executive Officer

Song Li is responsible for overall management of Anchiva and Anchiva sales in China. Song has more than 14 years of IT sales experience at senior marketing and management positions in the network security industry. Prior to joining Anchiva, Song was the China Country Manager of Ironport Systems (acquired by Cisco Systems in 2007). Within 3 years, Song successfully helped Ironport Systems, then a small company, to became the No.1 Antispam vendor. Prior to Ironport Systems, from 1995 through 2005, Song served as Channel Manager, Products Manager and Sales Manager in Hayes, 3Com and Cisco, and had extensive experiences in customer relationship and channel management. Song received a Bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Technology.

Roger Lian
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Lian, who was Anchiva's former VP Engineering,has more than 20 years experience in engineering and development. Prior to Anchiva, Lian spent eight years in senior management positions with Juniper/Netscreen, a global leader in Inter- net security. He joined NetScreen at 1998 as the founding member and helped architect and design NetScreen's security system. Prior to Juniper, Lian held development roles with Netcom Online Services and Wollongong Group. Roger received his Master of Science in software engineering from Seattle University and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.

Kuochuan Cheng
VP of Engineering

Kuochuan is responsible for the R&D of Anchiva. He has more than 20 years software development experience in dotcom and network management area. Prior to joining Anchiva, Kuochuan was at Cisco Systems for 13 years and in management position for 9 years. He led engineering teams and delivered various embedded software and network management products for Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers in IDC, VoIP, Mobile Wireless domains. Those products were deployed by Cisco's Enterprise as well as ISP customers, and generated significant revenue and strengthen strategic partnerships. Kuochuan received Master degree in Computer Science from Texas State University San Marcos .

Eric Hsu 
Sales Director of South Asia

Eric Hsu has 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining Anchiva, he was the Country Manager of Ironport Systems in Taiwan. His responsibilities included direct sales, sales operations, pre-sales engineering and channel sales of software management solutions accounting for several hundred million dollars in revenue. Eric successfully conquered 30% of market share in Taiwan’s Top 500 industry in their email security appliances and services. He also managed to create 300 new customers within his 5 years of contribution with Ironport Systems. Eric was also the broadland division deputy general manager of Asia-Pacific region in Trend Micro, where he headed all sales and management operation in Southeast Asia offices. He also worked for 3Com and Oracle in the early stages of his career. Mr. Hsu earned his Masters Degree at the Department of Computer Science, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
