Charles Clark
Chief Executive Officer

Charles Clark, who has more than 20 years experience in engineering and manufacturing, is responsible for all of Anchiva's sales, marketing, and product development, manufacturing and test operations. Before Anchiva, Clark was vice president of operations at NetScreen Technology for five years, building revenue from $1 million to $105 million per quarter. During his 15-year tenure at Integrated Device Technology, a global leader in semiconductor solutions, Clark joined as a manufacturing engineer and later led multiple product divisions as vice president, at times growing revenue more than ten fold. Clark began his career at National Semiconductor Corp. Clark earned a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University.

Samuel Chen
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Chen, who has more than 15 years experience in engineering and development, is responsible for leading the software engineering and Internet intrusion threat teams at Anchiva Systems. Prior to Anchiva, Chen spent eight years in senior management positions at Trend Micro, a global leader in network antivirus and Internet content security software and services. While there, Chen was vice president of software development and also held executive positions leading the software engineering and product quality management functions.  He began his career at Trend Micro with the development of the first version of the flagship product, InterScan NT, which earned significant industry acclaim. Prior to Trend Micro, Chen held senior development roles with Sun Microsystems and National Semiconductor. Samuel received his Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan.

Roger Lian
Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Lian, who has more than 20 years experience in engineering and development, is responsible for leading the engineering teams at Anchiva Systems. Prior to Anchiva, Lian spent eight years in senior management positions with Juniper/Netscreen, a global leader in Inter- net security. He joined NetScreen at 1998 as the founding member and helped architect and design NetScreen's security system. Prior to Juniper, Lian held development roles with Netcom Online Services and Wollongong Group. Roger received his Master of Science in software engineering from Seattle University and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan
